Come dressed in Costume!  We are the dark and the light; spirit wears as many masks as there are forms of expression and we embrace our total self hood in radiant celebration.

Allow unexpressed fragments & energies to be integrated and expressed through dynamic movement.  Experience the inner peace and expanded sense of wholeness that follows in guided relaxation meditation.
