This November is loving kindness meditation month at the Centre for Vibrant Living.
Beginners or seasoned meditators come for a half hour of metta (loving kindness or heart) meditation.
You will receive brief instruction and guidance and then we meditate for the well-being and peace of all beings. Dissolve stress, anxiety, tension, fear, in this peaceful and safe space.
Come to meditate, pray, or just come to sit in stillness. The theme is peace and so we come together to practice.
